Our Position
Beach Insurance LLC does not sell your personal information. We also do not engage in “sharing” as that term is defined under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) § 1798.140(ah)(1) for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
However, certain analytics technology used on this site may, in some interpretations, constitute “sharing” or “selling” under California law. To honor consumer privacy rights, we provide this opt-out mechanism.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.
How to Exercise Your Right
If you are a California resident, or you reside in another state with similar opt-out rights, you may opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information by:
- Using the cookie banner on this site to decline all non-essential cookies. This blocks analytics trackers.
- Sending a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal via your browser. We honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request.
- Emailing us at info@beachinsurancellc.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and your name plus the email/phone associated with your inquiry. We will respond within 15 business days.

Verification
To prevent fraudulent requests, we may ask you to verify your identity by confirming information already on file (such as the email address used in your inquiry). We will not require additional sensitive information.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing the agent with written authorization and a means of verifying your identity.
No Discrimination
We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
